Returns/Exchanges

We are confident that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase from us, however we recognise that there are occasional circumstances where you may need to return an item. If you wish to do so, please contact us first by email at sales@saturnstopwatches.co.uk or by post to let us know of your intentions and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

When returning goods, please include a copy of the invoice where possible, a note of the order number, your address and contact details and a short description of the reason for return. Items returned to us without prior notice or without documentation may delay the returns / refunds process.

You are responsible for any return items until they are successfully delivered to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a method of postage that requires a signature. In the event of a lost package, we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied.

Please note: Unless goods are faulty or we have supplied incorrect goods, you will be liable for any cost of returning the item to us. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
