Interval Timers allow for two separate countdowns to be set, and the stopwatch will then automatically switch between each when they reach zero. This is ideal for timing training sessions with different activity and rest periods. For instance, run three minutes, rest for 30 seconds, run for three minutes, rest for 30 seconds and so on.
