Information

Please note: This product is out of stock and we're not currently expecting any more. However, a red version of the Seiko S062 Stopwatch is also available.

The Seiko S062 is a professional solar powered stopwatch with a 300 lap memory, 3 timing modes and repeating countdown timers. Times up to 100 hours at 1/100th of a second. Includes adjustable contrast function and power saving modes.

Solar power obtained using an embedded panel within the stopwatch display.

Silver case.

Dual timing display.

Dot matrix display (5 x 35 dots) to indicate mode, lap count, day of week etc.

The Seiko S062 stopwatch measures up to 100 hours at 1/100th of a second.

300 lap memory, recallable even whilst timing is in progress.

3 Stopwatch Timing Modes:

Lap Time (LAP) Mode:

Dot matrix display indicates the total lap/split count.
Stopwatch display shows the last split time on line 1 and cumulative running time on line 2.
Recall button can be used to retrieve split times and cumulative running times at the point each split was taken.

Lap Time in Progress (RLP) Mode:

Dot matrix display indicates the total lap/split count.
Stopwatch display shows the last split time on line 1, whilst line 2 resets to zero and resumes timing.
Recall button can be used to retrieve split times and cumulative running times at the point each split was taken.

Split Time (SPL) Mode:

Dot matrix display indicates the total lap/split count.
Stopwatch displays show the cumulative split times (line 1) and total running time (line 2).
Recall button can be used to retrieve split times and cumulative running times at the point each split was taken.

The Mode button can be used whilst the Seiko S062 is timing to switch seamlessly between each of the three timing modes.

Repeating Countdown Timer:

Counts down from a user specified time (10 seconds up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds) for the required number of times.
Once the timer reaches zero, the Seiko S062 beeps, increases the counter and automatically starts the next countdown.
The dot matrix display indicates the number of repeats performed so far.

Dual Repeating Countdown Timer:

Two timers countdown alternately from specified times.
Once the timer #1 reaches zero, the Seiko S062 beeps then automatically starts timer #2.
After timer #2 reaches zero, the stopwatch beeps again, increases the lap counter and automatically resumes a fresh countdown with timer #1.
Both timers can be set for a maximum 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 second countdown (minimum 10 second countdowns).
Each timer uses a slightly different tone for its beep.
The dot matrix display indicates the number of repeats performed so far.

Solar Powered:

The Seiko S062 features a solar panel embedded into the screen with a battery level indicator. The stopwatch will keep operating for approximately 6 months (if not exposed to sunlight) from a single full charge. Simply leave the Seiko S062 in a well lit area to charge the unit. Charging times will vary depending on light levels.

Time/Calendar Mode:

Displays year, month, day, date, hour, minutes and seconds.
Calendar automatically adjusts for leap years up to the end of year 2055.
Time can be display in either 12 hour (am/pm) or 24 hour clock format.

Adjustable Display Contrast:

The Seiko S062 also offers an adjustable contrast, allowing battery life to be extended or increased screen readability depending on preference.

Power Save and Sleep Functions:

To help minimise battery consumption, the Seiko S062 can be set to enter a power-saving mode after 1, 3, 6 or 12 hours of inactivity which disables the screen. If timing is in progress, power-save mode won't be activated. After 72 hours in power-saving mode, the S062 will automatically enter a battery efficient 'sleep' mode. Pressing any button will bring the stopwatch out of power saving modes.

Battery life indicator.
